Faces of Brookside: The Roasterie

Carla-and-Danny Started in owner Danny O’Neil’s Brookside basement in 1993, The Roasterie has grown to an iconic Kansas City business. In October 2005, Danny and wife Carla opened the Roasterie Café, 6223 Brookside Boulevard, in the historic Brookside shops. Learn how the once home-based startup became not only a Brookside staple, but an iconic Kansas City business.
